Racheal Griego is enjoying her role as Saint John Patient Access manager. She joined the Saint John staff in July. Racheal is responsible for supervising the financial counselor team, ensuring that the best customer service is provided to patients, making sure upfront collection goal
s are met. She is also involved with the successful streamlining of new systems to maximize efficiency.
Prior to working at Saint John, Racheal served as a Patient Access manager the past 13 years at Menorah Medical Center.
“I love the hometown atmosphere at Saint John and have enjoyed getting to know everyone here,” said Racheal. “We have a tight crew who gets to celebrate the good work being done.”
Racheal has two grown daughters and lives in Greenwood, Mo. She is an avid outdoors person and enjoys kayaking and hiking.
