Visiting Hours

To support reducing community impact of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Saint John Hospital has started a “No Visitation” plan again. Only visitors essential for provision of care coordination will be permitted at the hospital. Such visitors must leave the campus after scheduled visitation. Other visitors may be allowed with administrative approval under certain circumstances, including: Visitation of a patient in critical care.

All those entering Saint John Hospital and the Saint John Pavilion are required to wear a mask, covering their nose and mouth.
Patients arriving at the Emergency department will be allowed to have one visitor accompany them to the ED exam room while being evaluated.
No visitors for ICU and One South will be allowed.
Surgery, Radiology, Lab, and Rehabilitation Services patients should enter the building alone, provide the cell phone number for the person accompanying them, and be escorted out to their ride by staff.
The Senior Behavioral Health Unit (SBHU) is continuing to restrict all visitors at this time for the safety of staff and patients.
No visitors under the age of 14 will be permitted in the Hospital. No children under 14 years of age are allowed in Outpatient areas unless they are receiving services.
