At our convenient location at 3550 S 4th Street in the Saint John Pavilion (Suite 200), we have a modern office and comfortable waiting area. Other conveniently located medical care in the Pavilion includes the Saint John Urgent Care Clinic, Saint John Imaging Services (CT Scan, X-Ray and Mammography), Saint John Rehabilitation Services (Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy), Saint John Medical Group specialists and the 24/7 Saint John Emergency department.

Saint John Family Care accepts most major insurance and managed care plans offered locally and handle billing whenever possible.
Appointments and Office Hours
Same-day and next-day appointments are available at our Saint John Family Care clinic. Our office is open Monday through Friday 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. To schedule an appointment, please call 913-680-6442. Additionally, the Saint John Urgent Care is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
