At our convenient location at 3550 S 4th Street in the Saint John Pavilion (Suite 200), we have a modern office and comfortable waiting area. Other conveniently located medical care in the Pavilion includes the Saint John Urgent Care, Saint John Imaging Services, Saint John Outpatient Rehabilitation Services (Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy), Saint John Medical Group specialists and and our 24/7 emergency department on the ground floor.
